Grant Content Library Workshop (May to June 2026)
Eight-week, cohort-style professional development course for grant writers, development managers, and procurement writers.

The grant world has yet to adopt a single application, but grant writers are expected to adapt and expand answers to match every funder’s mission and priorities. A grant content library addresses can help your team address this challenge by:
tracking the latest-and-greatest version of the text
facilitating collaboration between multiple writers
retaining critical knowledge during staff transitions
establishing a centralized knowledge base to train staff and or AI
In this course, participants will build grant content libraries for their respective organizations from the ground up by: (1) assessing the assets on-hand, (2) determining both programmatic and operational need the content library can address, (3) establishing core standards of practice to keep the content library quality high, and (4) methodologies for integration and execution. A portion of this course will also investigate potential of the grant content library as a tool for AI-generated writing, including a review of the ethical landscape and the risks and opportunities AI presents in the grant world.
The course will feature 4 one-hour meetings on Zoom with a small cohort capped at eight organizations. Participants will be able to schedule up to 4 30-minute office hour sessions with Victoria Flynn to discuss their content library or other grant-related concerns. At the end of the course, participants will have the opportunity to submit their content library template for review and comment by Victoria Flynn Consulting.

Equity Access: $1,250. Two seats in the course will be reserved for equitable access to individuals and organizations that are historically underrepresented in professional trainings. More information and a request for equity access is available here. Requests are due by April 15, 2026; equity placement decisions will be shared with applicants by April 20, 2026.

Through April 22, 2026, all purchases are refundable, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
